This unit has 5 columns for pupils to complete and reflect during or after each lesson. It can be adapted for the activities you cover but at present includes relay, shot, 100m sprint, Long Jump and 800m/pacing. The self-assessment includes 5 questions to answer for pupils to demonstrate their understanding of each activity. These are fantastic to use for assessment at the end of the unit and I also used during parents evening to share with the pupils!

It leads pupils through the basic steps to develop the correct technique. This included the clear steps fro pupils to work through or for teachers to lead the class through. The second card would be used with pupils who have a basic understanding and need to recap the key teaching points.
